In the past few years my daughter had sold a couple houses using Minmaxx, when it came time for me to sell my home she strongly recommended I use Minmaxx as well. Even in a slow market my home was sold with my exact closing date and I received over my asking price in under 2 weeks, I was very happy! My experience with Omer and the Minmaxx staff was excellent, professional and thorough. Although selling a home can be quite stressful the whole experience went very smooth.
