After hearing so many good things about Brooklyn Bagels, I finally decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The bagels were dry and lacked flavor, and the service was mediocre at best. I don't understand the hype surrounding this place. There are definitely better bagel shops in town that offer superior quality and taste. I won't be returning to Brooklyn Bagels anytime soon.
