C21/Thomas issued contract with their buyer for my house. Contract included furniture, dishes, linens, etc., less personal items. All inspections & survey passed, however, buyer cancelled 4 walk thru appointments. Closing was in TWO weeks. We worked like crazy to pack and store at cost of $4,800 as our new home is not complete. C21/Thomas failed it's fiduciary responsibility by NOT RECEIVING ESCROW MONEY or informing us! C21/Thomas also failed to get proof of funds and transfer closing funds to lawyer.

Buyer tried to get key for last minute walk thru before closing but we refused. (We think they may have intended to become squaters) Buyer failed to show up for closing for two days while WE LIVE IN BACK OF HORSE TRAILER. C21/THOMAS refuses to give us a single $ towards $2,500 escrow & $4,800 storage costs. We're back on the market and will have to pay full cost to move furniture.

C21/Thomas had THREE contracts with same buyer simultaneously that all failed.
