Salesman Fred Scott rocks! On a scale of 1-5, Troncalli s Fred Scott was a 6. Found the car online and texted in some questions. Fred called to find if we had other questions and by the time we drove to the dealership (almost an hour s drive one way for us), Fred had all of our answers. He was not pushy, he was friendly and knowledgeable. Cannot say enough good things about our positive experience with Fred.

We did have some issues with the office end, but went back today and they promptly fixed their mistake, answered additional questions, and we appreciated their efforts in service recovery. Not a big fan of a cat roaming the inside offices (I am highly allergic), but our great experience with Fred on the day of sale and today s service recovery efforts to fix the office issues brought the overall rating back to a solid 5.
