I had a very easy & nice experience at Hendrick Lexus Northlake. Greg Bancroft was my Sales Rep and did an excellent job making my experience smooth from beginning to end. He was quick to respond to my emails and/or calls and very knowledgeable when answering any/all of my questions or concerns. Though I plan to have my car for many years, I ll be sure to come back when it s time for an upgrade.
