I had a mixed experience with Covina Valley Schwinn. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I had some issues with the bike I purchased. The quality wasn't as great as I expected and I had to get it serviced multiple times. However, the staff was quick to assist me and resolve the issues. Overall, I would say their service is average.
