Royce Williams Review of Soligent

I received a "California Preliminary 20-Day Notice" of a Mechanics Lien from this company. I had no direct dealing with this company, but apparently my solar installer purchased my panels, etc from them. Even though I have already paid my bill in full to my installer, this third party company is setting itself up to potentially place a lien on my residence even though they have no direct dealing with me. Strong Arm bully tactics employed just because they can. When Burt Richardson, in their "Customer Finance Department" finally returned my call after 3 days, all he could offer was "because this is common practice in California"... even though he also stated my installer always pays their bills and they have had no problems with them. So, to clarify, you are engaged in this threatening, predatory behavior just because you can? Pretty much... I wish I was aware of this BS before I had selected my solar installer, I probably would have gone with a larger more integrated company like Tesla.
