I have been a customer of Intellifranchise for over a year now and I must say their service is average. They provide the basic features required for a franchise business but there is nothing exceptional about their platform. The user interface could be improved and there are a few bugs that need fixing. Overall, it's an okay option for those starting out with franchise management.
