The trinity challenge is an average company with average services. I found their website to be quite informative but the overall experience was nothing special. The website design is outdated and could use some improvement. The content on the site is well-written but lacks depth. I expected more from a company of this caliber. The customer service was average, not great but not terrible either. Overall, I would rate my experience with The trinity challenge as average.
