My experience was very unpalatable especially with the manager. The room given to me 334 had issue with AC and the room is not well ventilated. I stayed for about 4 hours for the AC to be fixed. The AC was malfunctioning throughout the night. In the morning I made a complaint waiting for the manager. He saw me standing and the receptionist signalled to him yet he refused to hear me and was asked to wait. I waited at the reception until I became annoyed and check out early (I was to stay 3 days). In between, I requested for discount for the remaining 2 days as a result of my experience, which was turned down (the receptionist couldn't because it wasn't within his power.

The attitude was very poor and no justifiable reason for that especially when a customer is not satisfied with the service.
