Your take a client with a mobility based disability and use a companion card as they need support to access, then Suncorp make you collect tickets from ticket office to show card which means lining up despite already paying money. Also Suncorp the whole reason for the companion card is because they struggle to walk and need support so why make them stand in line for 30mins to get ticket. This is discrimination but it's allowed to happened.

Also bought accessible tickets through the ticket special access line and they put us in the middle of a row so the client with mobility difficulties has to shuffle past 10 people well done....
