Cromarbo is an average company with decent products. I have been a customer for a while and while their products are of good quality, there is nothing outstanding about them. The website is user-friendly and the shopping process is smooth. However, the customer service can be improved as there have been times when my queries were not handled efficiently. Overall, I would say it's an average experience.
