I placed a retainer with Alloy 5 for a local project, Randy head architect was more than pleased to accept the money. We had multiple meetings with his associate architect who seemed more interested in pushing his own architectural narrative rather then listening to what we requested. We received the first rendering, far from what was discussed. Immediately we notified Randy who told us he was a junior planner but we would still charged for his work. I forgave this error as Randy assured me future plans would reflect our prior conversations. The follow up meeting occurred and we were told to wait one week before receiving updated renderings. The wait ended up to be two months & 3/4 of my over $12,000 deposit was depleted with NO itemized breakdown of the work. I would NEVER recommend Alloy 5 to anyone. Save your money & time. I contacted a different group in Bethelhem and in a week for a 25% of the price the project was done. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ALLOY 5
