I've been using a Grand Cycle bike for a while now...

I've been using a Grand Cycle bike for a while now and it has been an average experience. The bike performs well, but I expected better quality for the price. The customer service was okay, but there were some delays in their response. Overall, it's a decent bike, but I think there is room for improvement.
