I agree that the some of the women that answer the phone are very rude. We all have our own issues going on or have a bad day, etc., but by no means does that give them a right to be rude and hang up the phone on you. I asked several times to speak to someone else and the lady on the phone told me "no" and hung up. I called back and someone else answered and he didn't even answer my question. Not helpful+rude staff. Have them take some sort of professional customer service training at least.
