A strange agency. Started off enthusiastic and gushing over my CV and then they cancel a meeting and say 'they'll be in touch'. On being challenged as to why a new appointment to register for the tempting pool was not re-arranged the excuse was 'It's been so quiet'. Very much an agency that waits for an opportunity as opposed to being proactive and creating them. There are better agencies out there, more polite and more honest.
