SEGUROS UNIVERSALES S.A. Lousy for sure. Terrible service. After having spent almost 1 year with them and unfortunately I had an accident, after begging to provide information about my car, always serving me with lousy customer service (where I never spoke with the advisor of my case because I was never there, instead I talked to his "assistant" who never knew anything) in the end they gave me the car but they told me that they were not going to renew my policy, which seems to me a lack of professionalism in the first place because they never communicated with me person to inform me or to reach an agreement. Either way, I would not have renewed with them and I would not recommend anyone to be assured with this company
