I've been using Testimonial Monkey for my business for a while now, and while it has been a good experience, I wouldn't say it's exceptional. The platform is easy to use, and the customer support team is responsive, but there are some areas where I feel it could be improved. Overall, it's a solid testimonial solution, but there might be better options out there.
