I recently had the opportunity to stay at one of the Starwood Group hotels and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was polite and helpful, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel could have been better. The room was spacious and comfortable, but there were some minor issues like a broken shower head and stained carpet. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options, but the quality of the food was just average. Overall, I would rate my stay as average.
