I had a mixed experience with Tudung Gizmo. While the quality of their products is great, the customer service needs improvement. The website is easy to navigate and has a good selection of products. However, when I had an issue with my order, it took a while for the customer service team to respond and they were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate them average.
