I recently rented through Watts and the apartment was brand new and was in good shape when I moved in. They had very to follow rules regarding when rent was due, noise, etc. all named out in the lease. For the first 8 months of my 12 month lease was fabulous. After I decided I wouldn't be resigning on my current lease (I was moving out of the area) we had some issues with visiting and showing the apartment I was currently living in but was taken care of quickly and appropriately on their business end and my end as well. I want to thank them for making things right. I would definitely recommend renting through them if you are looking for a Iowa City, Coralville, or surrounding area place to live.
