I had a mixed experience with Foto Video Mac. While their product quality is good, their customer service could use some improvement. I found it difficult to reach someone when I had a question about my order. However, once I did get in touch with a representative, they were able to assist me effectively. Overall, I would say that Foto Video Mac is a decent company, but there is room for improvement.
