I had an average experience with Bolton brook manor. The service was satisfactory, but there was nothing exceptional about it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the overall ambiance was just okay. I expected more considering the price. The staff was friendly, but not very warm or attentive. I would consider staying here again if I couldn't find any other options, but it wouldn't be my first choice.
