I have worked here for almost 3 years. NEVER are we told to lie to a customer. Never are we told to tell the customer they will stay at the resort or that the cruise is free!! This is a nice package for a short getaway and will certainly save you money on a hotel room so you can do other things with the money you save. Yes you can upgrade on the cruise if you want to and there are port fees and taxes. How much or how little you want to pay for upgrades is up to the customer. Iam truly sorry if sny reps have said the word free. I can promise you that our management and owner NEVER ENCOURAGE US TO LIE OR DO THEY CONDONE IT!!!!!
