I had a mixed experience with Pnp Solutions LLC. The customer service was excellent, they were very responsive to my inquiries and resolved my issues promptly. However, the quality of their products was below average. The bike I bought had several manufacturing defects and I had to take it to multiple repair shops to get it fixed. Overall, I rate their service as average.
