Soooo, can't give rating for customer service as I bought the product from a store.
I'd give 5 stars for being ethical, cruelty-free, organic and Canadian

But I'd give -10 stars for this:
Extremely disappointed with the product. I applied your product at 10am. After 8 rs it wore off. After 12 hrs, it wasn't working, and I could smell my armpits. Not good when at work and dealing with clients up close. When I woke up the next morning at 7.. my armpits smelled really bad. :( horribly :( :(
Added to that, it left a residue on my skin which didn't wash off.. similar to other antiperspirants on the market.

Tried your product 3 different days. Utterly disappointed!
