My wife and I have enjoyed our two year stay at the Gallery 400 Luxury Apartments immensely! From the "attention to detailed" facility management skills of Allison, to the "Jack of all Trades" skills that Gilberto has consistently illustrated as the on-site maintenance guru, we have always been impressed. We can't say enough about the high level of customer service that we have received since being a part of this tenant family. Allison has always been available to answer our questions and chase down an answer or solution even if it was after her scheduled hours. A resident professional for sure.

There have only been one or two minor instances where Gilberto expertise was needed, and he always met the challenge! More importantly, there were issues that Gilberto would address that I'm sure were outside his scope of duties. Nevertheless, he always was willing to help! We're relocating back east, however upon our return to the STL in three to four years, we hopefully can find an opening back here at the Gallery Lux!

If we can find a management staff with half the professionalism and expertise that Allison and Gilberto have shown, we'll be extremely fortunate!!
