All the hot tubs were freezing..everyone crammed in one hot tub that was luke warm then pool was freezing...they said at check 4pm that the pool was closing at 6pm we actua)y had one hour a t the pool they said was on the website which never was posted ever.. I wanna make myself puke over the room was just nasty
