I have been a customer of Hartnett And CO for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. While they provide the basic insurance coverage I need, I haven't been overly impressed with their customer support. It often takes a while to get a response, and even then, the answers can be vague. However, their rates are competitive, and they do have a wide range of coverage options available. Overall, I would say they are an okay insurance company.
