excellent customer service and staff are just all so pleasant and ready to help. the food was good, lots of varieties to select from and the bars awesome. lots of day and night entertainment with beautiful pools. Rated this place a 3 star because the rooms and bedding are stuffy. everytime we returned to the room we would not stop coughing and sneezing. the drainage in sinks and shower was poor making the sray very unpleasant. overall, lovely place.
