I recently used The college debt elimination program and I must say it was an average experience. The website (thecdep.com) was easy to navigate and the information provided was helpful. However, I felt that the overall process of applying for the program was a bit tedious. The customer service representatives were friendly and knowledgeable, but I expected a more streamlined application process. In the end, I was able to successfully eliminate a portion of my college debt, but I think there are some areas where the company could improve.
