The hotel provided excellent service during my recent stay in Chicago. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was clean and spacious, with modern amenities. I would definitely choose to stay at Chicago's Essex Inn again in the future.
