The location is good. Beach is calm and mostly the lalit travellers occupy it. The only thing is the restaurant is mismanaged during breakfast. We had to wait outside for 20min to enter into breakfast hall.. first time experience..even with 4 restaurants i wonder why such incidents occur. For us we got banquet hall for buffet breakfast. Eggs and dosa are prepared outside so need to walk out of the hall for getting it while having breakfast. Some were having breakfast standing coz they couldnt wait for long. Another thing which i would like to mention are the rooms. We had booked 2 rooms. Both the rooms were spacious but one of the room smelt rusty while the other didnt. Everyone may not like this rusty smell specially those facing breathing problems. Regarding food didnt find any goan cuisine which was a thumbs down. Spread is okay with north indian and chinese. Snacks was good but costly. No value for money. Always go for the package. After all the above demerits the 4 stars is for the location, garden, friendly staff including front office and security, and beach. We visited during mid October. Climate is totally fine.
