I have been a customer of DoubleClick for several years now and I must say, their services are average. The platform is easy to use and the customer support is responsive, but there are some areas that could be improved. The reporting features, in particular, need to be more robust and provide more customization options. Overall, it's a decent platform for digital advertising, but it could definitely use some enhancements.
