The only reason I'm giving one star is because Google will not allow me to do no stars. This is the worst water and trash service I have ever dealt with. Their bills are excessive with added fees to nickel and dime customers. As the others have said on their reviews, when you call to speak with customer service you get representatives with poor to no social skills. I have not received bills from them for my service (they must have been saving on postage that time). I have received disconnection notices due to this from them (they were able to send those mind you). I have noticed my garbage bill fluctuating in cost for some strange reason. I'm told through my bill the sewage they clean (my sewage consumption in gallons) is more than my actual water consumption (also in gallons). I sure would like to know where the hell these people think the extra waste water (1296.58 gallons to be exact) I'm putting into the sewer pipes would be coming from if it wasn't from their water pipes.

Too bad I don't still live in Okaloosa County. They had common sense, fair rates, and social skills.
