The Cell Phone Exchange is a decent company. 😊 Their website is user-friendly and the phone selection is good. I recently ordered a phone and overall, the experience was satisfactory. The ordering process was easy and the phone arrived on time. However, I wish the customer service was a bit more responsive. Nonetheless, I would consider purchasing from them again.
