Good evening,

Good evening,
today I took a Rolex watch vendutomi few weeks ago.
I am very sorry and saddened about the professionalism demonstrated in the withdrawal phase of a luxury product and valuable, that haughty attitude and little care professional staff appeared to be doing charity. The watch was delivered still unpolished, the seller was rather annoyed at the request for cleaning of the latter; an attitude manifested throughout the withdrawal phase. The final package was delivered in a box with a logo bearing the name of the store, at the request of a paid Rolex box, the gentleman presented himself with a box, however original, extremely damaged. With the kind request of the possibility to see if there was a well preserved one, the response of the other seller (who was already serving another person) was: "I too, when I was twenty, was beautiful and without white hair". As a birthday gift, I requested another box it was in good condition. Accompanying me to the cashier, the seller continued with nasty innuendo and rude saying that the selection box (different from the one proposed), not being that of the model you would have penalized when selling (which is not alleged in the request for another box) because as he said "in case of need we resort to selling everything to collect money". I am somewhat shocked by these statements, not even knowing the person with whom he was interacting and also unprofessional certain comments.
I can consider myself extremely disappointed by this attitude, not only from the salesman who served me, but also from the floating comments of other sellers in the store.
Definitely I not return to this place, because I think that respect and education should be the basis for any profession and that customers should be followed regardless of purchase luxury or not, without making comments inaproppriati shows a total lack of interest to provide a service.
