I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Franz Kassecker GmbH and I must say, their services are of average quality. While their customer service was satisfactory, I felt that their products could be improved in terms of quality. However, their website, kassecker.de, is well-designed and easy to navigate. Overall, my experience with them was decent.
