I had a rather mixed experience with puzzled.by. While the quality of their products is great, the delivery took longer than expected. The customer service team was helpful in resolving my issue, but the delay was quite inconvenient. Overall, I would still recommend puzzled.by for their products, but improvements in delivery time would be appreciated.
