I had a mixed experience with Phoenix Software. While the software itself was powerful and met my needs, I found the user interface to be a bit confusing at times. It took me a while to navigate and find the features I needed. However, the customer support team was helpful in guiding me through the process. Overall, I would say Phoenix Software is a good option.
