I had an overall average experience with Serve our youth. The website serveouryouth.org was easy to navigate and contained helpful information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to receive a response when I reached out with questions. I also felt that the programs offered were not as impactful as I had hoped. Overall, I would consider trying other organizations before choosing Serve our youth again.
