I have mixed feelings about my experience with Novelics. While the website, Novelics.com, offers a good amount of information, I faced some issues with the customer service. They were slow in responding to my inquiries, which was frustrating. However, when they did address my concerns, they were helpful. I would cautiously recommend Novelics for their services.
