I had a mixed experience with KB HOME WATERSBEND. The overall quality of the house was great, but the customer service needs improvement. Some of the issues we faced were resolved promptly, while others took a while to be fixed. The construction quality was excellent, and the house was delivered on time. However, the communication throughout the process could have been better.
