I called to get information on a house. I answered super polite and said hello i m just interested in a house that has your sign out front with this phone number. Listing agent was Amanda Boxwell. She was rude and hung up on me without any sort of professional conversation. For a company with professional Service on call this is absolutely incompetent. Terrible Customer service. Absolutely incompetent staff, that don t know how to do business with any client. I can t express enough the disgust I have at this customer service the only reason there s a 1 star, is because there is no option for 0 stars.
