I had an average experience with Woodalls design. Their website was easy to navigate and the overall process of ordering was simple. However, I was not blown away by the quality of their products. The furniture I purchased had some minor flaws and didn't feel as sturdy as I expected. The customer service was decent, but it took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiry. Overall, I would give Woodalls design a 3-star rating.
