Although their website is easy to navigate and the customer service was prompt in responding to my inquiries, I found the overall process of investing through their platform to be quite cumbersome. The lack of detailed explanations and guidance for beginners made it difficult for me to make informed decisions. I would recommend Fig.com to experienced investors but not to beginners.
