I had an average experience working with Vibrant Graphics. While their designs were good, there was nothing particularly outstanding about them. The communication was fine, but I felt like they could have been more proactive in understanding my vision. Overall, they delivered a satisfactory result, but I expected a bit more creativity and attention to detail.
