I have been using Pencom products for a while now, and I must say they are of average quality. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is smooth. However, there have been a few instances where the delivered items were not exactly as described. Customer service was quick to resolve the issues, but it would be better if such discrepancies didn't occur in the first place.
