I would rate my experience as a 4 and 1/2. Everyone was really friendly and they practiced social distancing. The lady that helped me was helping someone else at the same time and I felt like I would have gotten better service if I had waited for another salesman. My sales lady was knowledgeable and courteous, but it's hard to focus on two people at once. I felt that she got me shoes that were half a size too large. With my thick socks that was okay but with thinner socks the shoes are slightly too large. I will buy other shoes there but I will pay more attention to the shoes I am getting. This was my first visit and part of the fault was mine.
