After work done on a drain outside my property, myself and next door neighbour were left with a loud whistling noise under our sinks. After phoning your company the propertys were attended by Mark Crow (Network Technician). Mark quickly identified the problem. He arranged for it to be fixed. When the job came up on his computer as within five days for fixing. He rang up and arranged for the work to be done the next day, explaining that the noise was loud enough to disturb sleep and it was not fair on the customers. He then came the next day to oversee the work. Mark was polite, efficent and a credit to your company. I believe he is an employer you can be proud to have representing your company.
